Hello everyone,
after two years of work, many unforeseen events, many adventures and many schedule changes we finally succeeded:
Energy Hunter Boy has reached version Alpha 0.8.
This game is the evolution of previous projects, which have 'exploded' in this final game!
Energy Hunter Boy is an action/platform game with procedural levels generation, great storytelling, VOXEL TERRAIN MODELING and resources extraction.
The little robot warrior will fight against the mad machines, and the awesome natural worlds of the game will be full of platforms, pitfalls and mechanical elements.
The small robot warrior will be able to save the world?
These are the last changes we have made in these months:
- visual optimizations
Now the protagonist is always visible, and all the structures and pieces of ground that hide the action of the little robot will become temporarily invisible.
- new gameplay improvements, energy for terrain modeling
finally the gameplay has been optimized, and the energy has become the main element of the game.
Now also to model the ground you need the energy collected by killing enemies.
- interface optimization
the whole game interface has been cleaned up, and now it's much lighter and more readable.
- energy balancing
the energy recharge has been increased when a bonus is collected.
- devastation mode
Now if the accumulated energy is greater than 50, you enter into 'devastation mode', with an electric aura (yellow) that will devastate the enemies!
