In our third post we will introduce a sneak peak to the main character of our game.
The image above represents some design studies for the fisherman.
About the map studies, the image below represents a version where the areas are divided by rocks or clouds for example, limiting the player´s movement until the next area is unlocked. The "I" represents the islands present in the game.
In the following images, the sketches represent maps where the areas are limited by the map limit, thus allowing greater movement for the player.
Here, the same concept is applied as the images above, but with a different distribution of the sea pollution:
The images below represent more randomized pollution areas. The further the area is from the village, which is represented by the land mass without the "I", the more damage it would deal to the fisherman´s ship.
