The initiative system is now complete and in the latest Alpha Build. It allows you to roll your own initiative and add the miniatures in any order your rules set requires. Once a miniature is in the initiative list you can click on the "View Miniature" beside it's name to focus on the mini. The system supports tracking the current mini that is having it's turn as well as delaying turns.. once a battle turn is complete just click the "Next Turn" button and continue the battle.
