2D Medieval Illustrator/Artist job

Exalted Crafts is an indie game studio by Solodev and working on its first title Feudal Lords, which is on Google Play Store in closed testing, as it's still in the Pre-Alpha stage.

Feudal Lords is a free-to-play mobile text-based/GUI 4X strategy game that focuses on castle building, resource management, combat, and RPG-based progression systems. Set in the medieval era, the game offers players a sense of survival through challenging times.

• Build and upgrade various types of buildings.
• Train troops and engage in battles with enemies.
• Generate resources and expand your empire.
• Protect your castle from incoming attacks.
• And much more to come.

I am developing the game alone and using the assets packs for some GUI elements but as every day passes by I need an artist more, who can work on creating BGs, UI elements, Icons, Illustrations, and related things.

I can't afford an artist right now due to struggling myself too, but if someone is willing to be the co-founder of the Exalted Crafts I'd be happy to take in and work long term, but consider that another friend of mine from the indie industry also having shares due to supporting my project with unity assets pack.
If someone is only interested in working as a volunteer and for a portfolio then I'll compensate for the efforts after the game goes live and if having income.
