Some meds and a little mp5 for the run :)
Looks great, much better than original medkits. Although, I was thinking, perhaps the military medkit should be painted an OD/tan/brown color? I don't think a combat medic would want a blue bag potentially giving away his position.
Not sure about recoloring those medkits, but there is a fourth model I.imgur.com it's unused, but I can replace it with one of the three.
Left 4 Dead medkits. I like it. I like it A LOT.
Can you release it?
