This update enhances the Auction House, making it more accessible, adds more interactive objects, and introduces several background and art improvements.

Art Enhancements:
Let's enjoy the "Steam Space Exploration Fest" by adding and enhancing the galaxy with several places to explore! Many backgrounds and placeholder's have been removed and replaced with artist hand drawn art. I will be posting some images which could be spoilers for those that what to discover all Crypterion has to offer on their own.

The new art includes:
- 8 Auction signs


When an auction is open, it will display the item which is being auctioned.

- 2 artifacts, 1 with 4 variations
- 8 Background destinations, 1 with variation
- 2 polished and fixed CGI

SPOILER LOCATIONS:
There are several destinations you will encounter. Build relationships with your crew members and make the hard choices. These are four examples:






- 2 new treasury icons
- 3 food dishes for cook event
- 1 figurine with two variations
- 2 fighters for Nanami event
- Juniper medical license v.4

The Auction House:The auction house opens periodically as you progress the story. Once the main story is finished, it remains open so long as there are items to buy, and you can go as often as you wish.

These are key things to remember when attending an auction:

1) You cannot bid more money than you have (going into debt has been removed). This makes it important not to attend auctions too frequently until you are prepared to win.

2) You can lose an item for good. This makes winning much more rewarding. If you lose, it will become more difficult to obtain the item later, and some items cannot be acquired again.

3) Bidding happens in three stages. You use each stage to determine how much money others are willing to spend. Depending on how much you bid in the first two stages, others may bid more or less. If you can gauge this correctly, you will save much more money during bidding.

4) Easy mode. This iteration of the Auction House is on the easier side for testing purposes. I will balance difficulty for 1.0 release.

Planet Facilities:A total of 4 facilities can now be acquired and appear on planets whether you own them or not. For this update, they can bring in extra income. But shortly in the future, you'll be able to interact with them.






Patch Notes:
* Fixed huge bug that made it so you missed your second date with Moxie or Astra if you tried to date them too quickly. This would also cause you to miss your viewing of the movie "Omni Link".

* Turns out that the time clock was really broken, even after it's fixed. The time room, along with this clock, will provide a significant source or experiences as well as a little... time bending. Now that the auction functionality is complete, you can look forward to these enhancements in the near future.



- During battles with artifacts, it was almost impossible to find a specific artifact in time to use it. Now it is slightly easier, lol.
- Fixed endless money exploit by buying/selling and paying taxes to yourself as Emperor.
- Fixed: Under certain conditions you were not able to do the Star Chef event
- The Transponder artifact will now appear after the Numari vacation.
- Added the Everflower to treasury artifacts.
- Added the new image “Star Chef” artifact to the treasury.
- The Golden Frog is now not added to the treasury if you don’t own it.
- The Auction House now fully opens after 100% story completion.
- Created new selection bar for dialogues
- New dashboard figurine added.
- New Golden Frog artifact scenario.
- Major fix related to the Faction arc getting locked when talking to Andy twice.
- You can’t upgrade the Fun Zone if Astra is missing.
- Galaxy Shop Malthus information updated.
- Added "hidden secret" that many players will not find
- Prevented resizing of event backgrounds.
- Fixed selection options in Erand’s “Information as Food” event.
- New Moxie photoshoot image and dialogue added.
- Facilities will no longer overlap dialogue sequences.
- Changed the character name “Cass” to the fighter “Ariana,” whom Nanami picks.
- Made changes to all silhouettes.
- You can now select between dashboard figurines if you own multiple.
- Facilities now appear on planets even if you don’t buy them.
- The Slime appears in the treasury once owned.
- Added three new auctions.
- 100'ds of random bugs...

[IMPORTANT]
1) Because the game saves automatically, if you ever encounter a major bug, please ctrl/alt/del the game and load back in so you don't corrupt your game progress.

2) As always, I can't predict how major changes will affect old save games because I don't have the means or time to conduct extensive testing. I do my best to ensure everything is compatible.
