This would be a 10/10 mod if you included something like the fix utility from ZRP so you can tweak what you want on and not. For example, I'm not a fan of the increased accuracy changes as they make NPC vs NPC fights extremely lethal. Army Warehouses feels unwinnable on the Duty side with moderate level gear now.
Also the unknown strangers quest is bugged after I killed the guy in the cordon.
Getting a couple of error messages or unfinished scripts:
Sickness 2 and giving the stew to the fat guy not sitting in the bunker both don't give me proper text and instead give me a script number.

Have you considered adding a utility tool like ZRP has to allow the user to tweak various changes on or off like NPC accuracy? That's been my main complaint with it.

I ran through all the way from Office Complex to the end of We've Got Hostiles in the Demo and here's my feedback:
With the new sounds, the "mix" (volume levels from one sound to another) are really hard to tell apart. Without focusing on it, it's harder than usual to tell the difference between voices and gunfire. The new (if it's new, I'm a lot older than when I first played half life than I used to be) pistol sounds is weird and it's not the same sound as when guards fire their handgun.
It's probably a good thing how little I noticed in terms of changes. (again it's been a while) but I had the guard and the zombie at the gate trigger before I entered the room, making it far harder to get the shotgun. Not that it mattered too much.
I do wish we had more for horror than just Nightmare house 2. There are more great horror mods.
One of the greatest mods I have ever seen. I played a bit of it and I enjoyed it. You should spread this around the R6 Fan communities.
Personally I was more a fan of the "in the moment" planning of SWAT 4 and Raven Shield so I'm pretty horrible at this, but this has everything and more you could want if you loved those old R6 games.
This is the best horror mod I have ever played for DOOM period. And I've played so many I can't count. So much of this nails what it's going for, the pacing, tbe map design the SOUND design. It's all incredible.
If Trench Foot lives up to this, I will be very surprised.
I've used that and the shortcuts in the folder. It's not even launching, it's opening windowed and with a white screen with the audio logo flashing, the A with the little road leading up to it. Then the logo goes away and it stops responding.

Having trouble getting this to run with the older GoG version of Fallout Tactics on windows 10. I know it is standalone, however, the reason it crashes/fails to launch seems to be the same.
It's in the C Drive, and starts a Fallout Tactics window which is white and not responding, refusing to load.
