Enter the world of Grimrain, a high fantasy MMO with a compelling, player-centred plot. Your idyllic life is shattered by a night time raid on your village, the sudden disappearance of your friends and family leaves you alone in the wilderness, until you find yourself rescued by an enigmatic ranger. With only a few scant threads to follow, you must unravel a mystery which holds the fate of a world in the balance.

CLASSES

• Barbarian - smash your enemies using melee combat
• Wizard - use your selection of ranged magical spells to inflict damage
• Corsair - play as a pirate with a knowledge of guns and swords
• Sage - heal your friends and use crowd controlling abilities to fight on your terms
• Templar - link together melee abilities to heal your party and deal incredible damage
• Cultist - harness the powers of the occult to overpower and incapacitate your enemies

Each class has a differing playstyle with a selection of spells available. Create multiple characters and try them all out! Level up to gain additional skills and abilities.

CRAFTING AND GATHERING

Gather materials from around the game world and craft them into potions, weapons, armour and enchants.

• Mining - gather stone, ores, and gems.
• Botany - collect and identity herbs and roots for cooking or brewing.
• Brewing - boil up potions, remedies and tinctures.
• Smelting - turn ores into metals and magical alloys.
• Armour smithing - create combat clothing out of metal or leather.
• Cooking - create delicious stews, hearty meals, and rejuvenating drinks.

TRADING

List items for sale, or request items for purchase using the trading hall. Too busy to gather? Place a buy order and wait for it to be fulfilled! Have too many pristine boar hides? sell them at market price for a quick trade.

It's not just players that place orders in the trading hall, NPCs and villages will also list their wares for sale on the trading hall, but you may get a better price if you visit them in person on market day!

INSTANCED DUNGEONS

Create a party of friends and fight through caverns, caves, and forests, guarded by dungeon bosses and their underlings.

Instance scaling allows you to take as few or as many in your party as you wish - you may even delve solo! Rewards such as epic gear upgrades and achievements are only given to those who challenge the bosses at the normal difficulty level.

OPEN-WORLD DUNGEONS

Located around the game world, these dungeons provide a challenge that can tackled solo, with friends, or with other adventurers you meet along the way.
