Yay! Yeah, I haven't gotten around to collecting the last three keller family holotapes yet.

Yeah. I just wish the MIRV didn't need so much ammo
But you have to admit, nuclear fireballs are pretty cool.
Fired an RPG into a crowd of muties in the Jefferson Memorial. Gore chunks everywhere. *wipes tear from eye* It was beautiful.
And that's where grenades and RPGs come in handy. That and a good heavy machine gun.
I try to save up every spare cap I can and buy AC-130s for hot spots and the main quest. Of course once I get to Vault 87 that will be a whole other story. That and the Jefferson Memorial. That's going to be 'fun'.
Yeah, DC is pretty much a suicide mission unless you really watch where you are going and make sure you pick everything off from long range.
So I finally decided to do the main quest a bit since I had scavenged and bought a handful of good weapons and ammo. I got to GNR Plaza and regretted ever going there.
Okay, first things first I would like to apologize for promising help and then disappearing. Life got in the way, and as I'm sure you know, life take priority. Second, I would like to say that V9 is awesome, and as for the Evergreen Mills hot spot, an AC-130 helps out so much.
Fallout Mod Manager is kind of a necessity though, especially if you want to run any mods alongside Reborn.
Sadly, yes. Like I said, I was caught off guard by it.
I wish it was gaming that had broken it. I got caught off guard by a screamer video and spilled my soda.
I just remembered the on screen keyboard. I'm getting a new keyboard today, so I won't be delayed too much.

Okay, I've been kind of side tracked for the past few days because I got Black Ops, but I've resumed work on the the rest of the books finally. I'm just going to wait until I have a dozen or so done and then I will send them all to you at once. I just wanted to let you know that I am still working on them and that I haven't quit, I've just been preoccupied.
Okay. I tend to get them confused. They do look a lot alike.
Awesome. I'll get the next few finished, and then start working on some books for some of the more common weapons like the M16, AA12, and the USP.
I'm not sure if you got it or not but I sent you a Guns and Ammo issue on SMGs for the mod. If there is anything that needs to be changed about it let me know, because I've already started working on the Assault Rifle, Sniper Rifle, and Shotgun issues. If there is anything wrong with the layout or if its too boring I need to know so I can change it in the next issues. Of course if it just flat out sucks and you want me to quit that works too.
Alright, my final question then is where do you want me to send them when I'm done? To your email, or should I just upload them to my ModDB profile and you can download them from there?
All right, then I'm going to start writing some books and see get myself a microphone so I can record some voice samples. I'm probably going to write some Guns and Ammo. When you say different editions you mean like 23-25 different versions of the same book, but each one about a different subject, right? Like one edition about gun maintenance, another about ammo, another about the gun itself, etc. etc. etc., right? Or do you just mean that it would be like it is right now, with the same book 23-25 times through out the Wasteland.
God I wish I could mod right now. I could write some of the books but I wouldn't be able to make it into an in game item. Not too sure if I would be a good voice actor. If I can get a new microphone, could I maybe send some voice samples to see If I would be useful at all? I can probably put more emotion into the voices than the original voice actors from the game, but as for actually sounding good would be up to you to determine.
The last part of the video was almost perfectly synced to the song. When V9 finally comes out you should make an Indestructible video and sync the footage to the song. I think it would be awesome.
I was just reading over the V7 feature requests, and one of the things that was requested was the ability to set your own traps. I'm not sure this would be possible since I have never messed with scripting, but this one mod for Oblivion, The Lost Spires, gives you a bear trap that you can drop, and it automatically sets itself when you drop it. When you want to pick it back up, it triggers itself without damaging you and then you can pick it up. Would it be possible to use that script, or at least use some of that basic script for Fallout 3, specifically Reborn?
Could you set this up so that as you increase the enemy spawns it increases the number of generic citizens in the major cities? It would just seem really strange to me that 95% of the population of the Wasteland would be Raiders.
Great to see some news about V9. I have the GOTY edition, so I could definitely use V9 if all the DLC were integrated. This sounds like yet another reason to keep Fallout 3 installed on my computer, aside from it being an awesome game of course.
So what's the news on Zeta?
On the subject of chems, can you make it where you build up a tolerance to the chems after extensive use of them? Like if you constantly pop Buffout eventually you will need to use more of it to get the same effect?
They show up at Gun Runners after a level 10 I think. Be warned that they do not come cheap though. 100 barter helps out a lot. When I first found one I had about 30 barter and it cost me 6500 caps. The ammunition is about 7 caps per round. Its really worth it though. Nothing like an Anti-Materiel Rifle.
Quick question, but how do you personally define realistic? The technology is basically there and that it has been proven it could work, or that the technology is already 100% ready to go and is proven that it does work? The main reason I'm asking is because of what you said V9 might be like, and as bad *** as an M1 Abrams can be, to me it just doesn't cut it as a proper substitute for Liberty Prime. Maybe if it had a rail gun or coil gun as the cannon, along with one of these: Switched.com to shoot Enclave Helicopters down. I'm working on modeling and animating, so I might be able to make these eventually if it would be something you are interested in for V9.
