I hope you have not installed Microsoft Visual Studio because in addition to being heavy, this is a program for developers and will not solve your problem, you must have "Microsoft Visual Studio++ Redistributable x86 and x64" installed, I don't know exactly which one is appropriate but I have the version from 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2015-2022 and I don't have that problem. Your PC is probably new and does not have these compatibility components installed.

Maybe you are using another mod that is incompatible.

Are you playing with a controller? Unfortunately the auto-aim option cannot be disabled if you play with a controller.
