Yeah, it's harder than most of mods. Its idea is to simulate what the actual combat is like.

I think there are some issues even with the patch. Fighting zombies is okay, but fighting grunts is still a problem. If you hit their vests, there will be very little damage, unless you use powerful guns or explosives. Their shots are so accurate that they barely miss. The knockback when you get hit makes fighting even worse. Sometimes they don't drop weapon when they die. And it seems like they are firing buckshot even if they are holding rifles. Anyway, fighting them is unfair and not fun. Just hoping for good luck when I tried it on hard. By the way, batteries are too rare to find. I don't think it makes any difference if there is no battery the whole game. It will be a lot better if these issues are fixed.
Nice to see a comment! The high damage and recoil is what it supposed to be. Now I'm thinking to release a quick patch to make gameplay easier and more enjoyable (on easy), because I had received similar complaints on testing. BTW, maybe the reloading problem is not a bug. You'll reload magazines with certain order, and the target magazine happens to be half-full.
On Win7, it works. But not on my another computer with Win10, after so many times I tried.
I think so, but don't worry, there will be a better one.
Thanks! More is coming. :)
Well buddy, this turns out quite a bad way to set the ironsight. The models don't always fit the crosshair and it's without the animation.
The news about being on Steam Greenlight is gone because of some unfortunate accident. Yet it still has the chance and we won't stop off.
Well, spending too much time on discussing, too, I think.
Frankly, the beta maps came up a few months ago, and they still need to be improved now. We have to take some time to fix all the problems in these maps.
Well.... There's no walkthrough available now, sorry. You'd better try it by yourself.
Sometimes the lack of ammo is a problem, but you can solve this in many ways, like loading the saved game, improving your skills, etc.
Thanks for your ideas, and adding so many weapons would take a lot more work to do. :D
Oh, BTW, the alien grunts have some chances to drop hivegun in BETA v1.2.
There are some, like M249. You can get it if you're lucky enough.
There's probability to drop other item when soldier killed. Depends on your luck.
New monsters and soldiers need more work. I will try.
A lot. You can see the change in the files within the RAR archive.
Not actually. It has changed code from Half-Life, nothing to do with Gearbox.
I'm just a beginner, but I will do my best to make this MOD interesting. Thanks. :)
Just the skill setting, doing more damage than the original. You can change it if you don't like it.
Well, the source code will be released. Just be patient.
