there is a folder called vic2 in the steam folder from there you go into mods and then whichever mod your making, then you go into music and its kinda hard to explain what to do from there id reccomend looking up a tutorial

its fixed in the newest patch

A new Patch has came out that now Fixes all past bugs , that is patch 1.3, download that to have a working version of the mod, another version will come out with more songs as i had to remove some due to them breaking the songs.txt file

bruh turns out the newest patch does not fix it yet
im working on another patch which should fix it thatll be out soon

DownLoad the newest patches as they come out. After some time a OWB overhaul mod for Vic2 will be coming out.
