The "innocent but socially retarded" is exactly what I thought on the first time I saw Liara. xD
The Murderous Sociopath is actually appliable for most of krogans. The "Every dialogue tree will end with him implying that you´re a giant gaping vagina" is almost always true, with some exclusions ("I like this human!")
Jack doesn´t have big boobs... but indeed she is a bitch...
