This happens often with the Quentin BP, I experience it too, it's probably something with picking up/throwing objects too quickly

Do you plan on restoring Hello Strange Neighbor next?

Click on yes on regenerate bones when you check the models themselves.
this'll fix the bones.
Oh and by the way, you can check the original player and neighbor models to fix it again, meaning you don't have to reinstall the entire modkit.
Hopefully this fixes things. (if you read it correctly, This note IS in the txt file.
