Wait, what? I figured it was kind of obvious because of how it only opens on Hla Oad? Now I feel kind of foolish now. If I knew, I would have spoken up sooner!

Is the Balmora region going to be reworked soon? The Sixth House never invades Vvardenfell even if they take Ghostgate because they can't walk straight to the next possible settlements without crossing multiple borders, which the AI seems to avoid doing for some reason.

I'd just hate to see this work going to waste.

You could still work with this. Special merc units that any mer faction could get by field recruitment in northern Skyrim regions? Though I do doubt that your armies would just stumble across camps with non-twisted Falmer just like that... Eh, there have been crazier things that have happened.

That's what I was asking, If I could possibly get the other Morrowind units even if the faction thing wasn't in place. Thanks, but it seems strange about the King of Morrowind idea since all you need to do is conquer Mournhold and depose of Helseth. Gothren is already King of Morrowind in my game just by doing that.

I just need to ask if this mod has any functionality in a similar vein to the old 'Kingdom of Morrowind' feature from the previous versions. Like is there any point for me to conquer the entire province of Morrowind as a Great House to maybe get more units to use or something? I've been doing this as House Telvanni for a few days now, so I need to know if this is a good idea ATM or if I should just go and conquer Skyrim or Black Marsh instead for those 55 regions I need to achieve victory. Or join Black Marsh's crusade against the Empire.

You could also add it to every faction but Valenwood, one of the Khajiit factions, Black Marsh, House Telvanni, and Orsinium. The Telvanni, the Khajiits, and the Orcs may have their own methods, but IDK...

I very much like the idea where you could potentially hire Daedric mercenaries, but they should be quite powerful and costly to boot. It would also be a gateway to replace that Hircine thing with the Wild Hunt with a more lore-accurate Avatar of Y'ffre leading crazy-looking hulking beasts.

Now that I think about it, 1E would have been more appropriate. The Alessian Empire used the Red Diamond IIRC.

I've actually played this mod before. I'm kind of on the edge right now because updates for both mods have become more frequent and the downloads are quite large. Thanks for clarifying though. I thought we were going back to 2E for a moment.

I don't understand the faction banner changes. The Empire is flying the Red Diamond and rebel Nords are flying the Imperial Dragon? May I politely ask where you read your lore?

I think it has something to do with the units. I can't do battles with skeletons in them for the same reason.

They already have those. And they're units for Skyrim and not mercenaries.

I don't think the Aldmeri Dominion should have them. The Maormer have an ancient hatred of the Altmer, so I doubt even Maormeri mercenaries and wizards-for-hire would ever work with an Altmer, let alone a legion of them.

The Adamantine Tower I presume? It looks nice, like a pleasant mixture of Daggerfall and ESO to make it look unique instead of a generic building or a copy-paste of the White-Gold Tower.

I find them very irritating to use. It's as if all of the units you get from getting Mannimarco have a higher poly count than other units, and my game just can't handle large amounts of them. Volkihar vampires on the other hand...

Dovahkiin would be a silly unit anyway. Not all Tongues are Dragonborn. Tongues would be a more appropriate unit, but would also be impossible due to lore. Using the Thu'um for war died out in Nordic culture around the War of the First Council.

Not true. I've played extensively with northern factions and only human factions seem to be able to get Harkon when the first faction that usually conquers Castle Volkihar (through player direction AND AI if you take too long) is House Telvanni. Same with Thirsk and Skaal Village. I remember playing House Redoran and seeing Telvanni ships around Solstheim and Castle Volkihar.

Akaviri invasions sound like an interesting idea. Like the Oblivion Crisis or the Mongols from the base game, they invade some time into the game from the east on ships but without any holdings. You could also use this idea to bring back the Kingdom of Morrowind feature, where the leaders of the Great Houses have great interest in coming together after the first Akaviri wave to better protect Morrowind.

A second wave will target Black Marsh, and will cause Morrowind and Black Marsh to ally or send the other a Diplomat if playing as one of them once the Akaviri are defeated.

And then a third wave could target Solstheim and Northeastern Skyrim. Defeating this wave will cause Skyrim to ally or send Diplomats to Morrowind and Black Marsh.

The last wave would happen very late into the game, like after a possible Dragon Crisis event. The Akaviri invaders will target any coastal settlements before turning their eyes to the current Emperor, the Nerevarine, and the Dragonborn. They will leave a trail of blood and slaughtered citizens before halting their invasion and joining the faction of whoever they reached first. Put your important people on the coast if you want them, but be aware that them joining Skyrim or Morrowind should make the faction declare war on the Empire because the Akaviri want the aforementioned generals/nobles on the Imperial Throne.

Will Great House Indoril be getting something like this as well? Because the Indoril architecture style is pretty much like the buildings in Mournhold.

That's great. On a side note, would it be possible to add Kogoruhn as a Dreamer rebel castle? I don't exactly enjoy playing Telvanni or Redoran when House Dagoth is looming around a must-capture settlement just to wipe them out. Adding a possible way for them to get to the Red Mountain Region or allow House Dagoth out would make the game more exciting when they are an actual threat not floundering around the strange layout of the southern West Gash like I often observe them to.

Hello. I believe I just discovered why any new Indoril generals die instantly when you get them. I managed to "keep" a general but they didn't have any military unit associated with them. What happened in detail is as follows: I bribed a general and they died instantly like the others reported, I moved my diplomat around Vvardenfell to give everyone trade rights in exchange for map data, I bribed Darius to get rid of his fort because I wanted to make an alliance with Redoran in preparation for the inevitable war with Skyrim, the fort didn't vanish as Darius "died," fast forward about 20 turns and I look at my status pages and I see Darius still there. I moved him out of the fort and merged him with a unit so I can station him in Pelagiad as he couldn't enter on his own, now I have a ghost general running a castle I bought.

What I believe happened was the game tried to give him an "Indoril/Ordinator Bodyguard" unit like the other factions do but House Indoril doesn't have a unit like that. I'd wager the reason they all die unless you bribed a fort or settlement is the fact that the game deletes their invalid unit. I hope this all helps for you when it comes time for another hotfix or update, seras.
