Here is the 'finished' texture and model. Finished in commas because there could well be more small tweaks when it comes time to rig the model and add damaged textures etc.
Technical:
The concrete needed its brightness reduced. I also increased the lower concrete grime opacity.
I lowered the amount of wear on the paint (needed more blue paint showing to aid contrast in comparison to the concrete, which helps when viewing from a distance).
Overall brightness increased by +10, contrast by +30. This helped to bring the details out of the texture when viewed in C&C3, and also helps the model 'pop-out' in game.
Increased overall saturation by +30, again to aid the 'blueness' of the turret.
Colour correction. Moved the balance towards blue by +5, this helped remove some yellowness from the texture, while again allowing the blue turret to be the main feature. It also unifies the whole texture.
