Defensive series 1 of 3.
In order reach this point the texture brightness had to be reduced by -75!
Also it was decided that the end result was too green (it started of has a beige base paint) so the colour balance was shifted away from green towards magenta by -15. After this it was decided that too much yellow was showing through, so the texture was moved towards blue +10.
This left me with less of a beige and more of a Tan colouring, which I found better for showing detail in-game instead of having a washed out look to the texture.
I will need to be more careful when working with lightly shaded colours in the future.
