Well it is definitely not getting more rust. The over rusted thing is a Yuri vehicle thing.
In terms of it looking like concrete, the specular map could always do with more tweaking, to get a more metallic look.
Maybe the hard edges of the vehicle could also be more worn.
In terms of looking bland, a vehicle this dark and mostly one colour relies on things like the model shape to add interest.
I find the shape and design very interesting, so the really-not-that-exciting paint job does not bother me.
Not a fan of this unit - while tha rear looks far better than exspected, the texture look bland and at bit like concrete.
