Description

- Lowered score penalty for humans taking too long to finish a mission (its supposed to be an incentive to play aggressively, and not a harsh punishment for not doing so) - improved ground combat's shield's recharge rate from 10% to 20% each turn - reduced chances to detect alien base for human patrol missions - increased alien recon mission's radius - giving order to UFO groups will default to sending them as cover for the leader. It's not necessary to hold the SHIFT key for that - lowered human base radar's base detection chances (short 1.75 -> 1.5, wave 2.25 -> 1.75) and introduced diminishing returns for radars of the same type, each level gives 50% less. Updated base information view to show the final values - human base radars will now do 3 individual sweeps for each radar type. previously sweeps were cumulative - so short radar would have a chance equal to short + long + wave
